You teach. We collect.
Attendance, invoices, reminders, cash, and the parent who is certain he already paid. Eighteen students or two thousand, that side of it is ours.
One tap marks the room present and sends every invoice in it. The green comes back without you.
The same row. Eighteen of them, or two thousand.
A center and an independent teacher are not two different products here. They are the same one, carrying different weight.
Reception scans them at the door and that same tap bills them. Owners and assistants take attendance, teachers never do.
Your cut from every center you teach at sits next to what your own groups brought in. One screen, one total, no arithmetic at midnight.
Three steps to your first class
Questions, answered
Is it in Arabic?
Arabic first, right to left, written for Egypt rather than translated into it. English is there if you prefer it, and neither version is a copy of the other.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Start free with no card. Your first invoice comes later, and you see it before anything is charged.
Does it work on a cheap tablet?
Yes. It is built to run on low-cost Android tablets, even on weak Wi-Fi at the door.
Is my data safe?
Your students and your money data stay private to you. TutoringHQ is run by a registered Egyptian company.
Can a center and a teacher both use it?
Yes. Centers run staff and attendance. Teachers track their own groups and their cut from each center.
Your data stays yours.
Every center is walled off from every other center. Export all of it whenever you like, and leave whenever you like.
