Questions everyone asks
Before you start.
Is the trial free? Do I need a card?
Yes. 7 days free, with no card and no payment at signup. The trial starts when we approve your account.
Does the parent need to download an app?
No. They get a link by text, open it, pay and upload the receipt. No app, no account.
Does the money pass through you?
Never. The parent transfers straight to your own InstaPay, and you are the one who confirms it arrived.
How can parents pay?
By InstaPay transfer to your account, through the link they receive, or in cash that you record. Card payment is not available yet.
Does the parent pay any extra fee?
If they pay through the link, there is a 10 EGP service fee on each payment. Cash, or a transfer you record yourself, has no fee.
Do I need a computer?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, and you can open it on a computer too if you like.
Can someone help me without seeing everything?
Yes. Add your team and set what each one can do. For example, cash they record waits for you to confirm it.
Who can see my students' data?
You and the team you add, each with the permissions you set. A parent sees only their own child's invoice, through their link.
Do texts to parents cost extra?
Your plan includes a set number of texts every month. If you need more, you buy a text pack. Login codes and our own messages to you are on us.
What happens after the 7 days?
You pick your plan and pay. If you don't, the account pauses until you do, and your data stays saved.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Stop at any time and the account keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. What that last period used, such as extra students, comes on one final bill. There are no refunds, and your payments stay yours to download as a CSV file whenever you like.
