Refund and cancellation policy

This page brings together the refund and cancellation rules from our Terms and Conditions and the Parent Payment Notice, and if they differ, those documents prevail.

10.1 Payments are not refunded. When something was charged wrongly, we correct it by adding the difference to your Wallet as credit.

Terms and Conditions, 10.1

10.2 Nothing in this section limits a right you have under Egyptian law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Terms and Conditions, 10.2

10.3 No refund, credit or compensation is due for a lock, suspension or termination under sections 9 or 24, for features you did not use, or for any change to the Service.

Terms and Conditions, 10.3

24.1 Cancelling. The Account Owner can cancel from the billing settings at any time. Access continues until the end of the Billing Period already paid, or for an annual plan the paid year, and then the Account closes. What that last period used, such as extra Students, branches and the parent pack, is billed on a final Platform Invoice. If no paid period remains, the Account closes at once. You may cancel while a transfer proof is being checked: if the transfer is confirmed, the Account runs to the end of that period; if the proof is rejected, the Account closes at once and the invoice stays owed. Unused top-up packs stay on the Account as section 6.4(d) sets out.

Terms and Conditions, 24.1

13.6 The platform service fee is not refundable once the payment is confirmed, even if you later return tuition to a Parent.

Terms and Conditions, 13.6

Questions about the tuition amount, discounts, missed classes or refunds of tuition go to the center or teacher, who sets the tuition and is responsible for it. Questions about this notice or the platform service fee can be sent to support@tutoringhq.app. TutoringHQ is not a party to your agreement with the center or teacher, and is not responsible for the tuition, the classes or any refund of tuition. The platform service fee is not refundable once your payment is confirmed.
