Take attendance, keep every group and the weekly schedule, all from your phone.
Payments by InstaPay
Parents pay by InstaPay transfer to your own account, with a link we text them and a receipt upload, or by cash you record. The money never passes through TutoringHQ. We read each receipt and match it to the invoice, and you confirm.
Your team, permission by permission
Each team member sees and does only what you allow.
Texts to parents
Each month Basic includes 20 texts to parents and Pro includes 150. Login codes and TutoringHQ’s own messages are free, and more texts come in packs. Until a parent agrees, the only text they get is the request for their consent.
Parent links
Parents get a read-only link to follow their child, and it lasts 30 days. A link for uploading a receipt lasts 48 hours.
Tarek, your assistant
Ask in Egyptian Arabic or English, by voice or text. He acts only after you tap Allow, and he never messages students. Credits come with the plan.

It is free
The trial costs nothing: 14 days for waitlist members, 7 days for everyone else.
When it starts
It starts when we approve your account, not when you sign up.
When it ends
Pick a plan and pay your first bill by InstaPay to carry on. If you do not, the account pauses and your data stays saved.
Common questions.
How and when do I pay?
One bill a month, on the same day you started, paid by InstaPay. It holds the plan price, last month’s extra students, a 10 EGP processing fee and a 5 EGP service fee.
Does a student who left still count?
Yes, for the month they were with you. From the next month they do not. If they come back within a month, they count as if they never left.
Can I change plans?
You can change it free before your first bill. After that, move up to Pro at any time and pay this month’s difference, and this month’s extra students then fall under Pro. Moving back to Basic starts next month.
What if I go above 600 students?
We never stop you. Any month that starts with more than 600 students is billed as Pro on its own, and when you are back to 600 or fewer at the start of a month, you go back to Basic on your own. Nothing to do.
What about paying yearly?
Pay 10 months and get 12. The plan price is fixed for the year, and extra students are billed each month on a small bill of their own.
Do Tarek credits expire?
Plan credits renew every month and do not roll over. Packs you buy last 3 months, and the plan’s credits are used first.
What counts as one text to parents?
A text of up to 70 characters. A longer one counts as two or more, and the app shows the count before you send. Your plan includes a set number of texts every month, and they do not roll over.
What if I pay late?
A bill is due on its date. From the next day a center is locked and a teacher’s private side turns read-only until it is paid, with all your data kept as it is. The first bill after the trial gets two more days for a center and one for a teacher.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your billing settings. The account keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds; a billing mistake is corrected as credit in your Wallet.
What is in the trial?
The trial is free: 14 days for waitlist members, 7 days for everyone else. No card needed, with every feature open except exporting your data, which opens once you pay your first bill. Your plan’s texts to parents start with your first bill. If you like it, pay your first bill by InstaPay and carry on. And Tarek is free for your first 7 days, up to 40 messages a day. You also get 250 Tarek credits as a one-time gift.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are the full price. Every bill carries a 10 EGP processing fee and a 5 EGP service fee.
