Yes. The same image uploaded again is caught by the fingerprint of the file itself. If someone resized it or re saved it, it is compared against the earlier copy and both are shown to you side by side so you decide. No payment is ever dropped on its own.
Yes. Stop at any time and the account keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. What that last period used, such as extra students, comes on one final bill. There are no refunds, and your payments stay yours to download as a CSV file whenever you like.

Attendance keeps working offline and syncs when the connection comes back. Messages queue and send once you are online again.

Each bill shows the plan, what the last month used such as extra students, the processing fee and the service fee, and the total is what you pay. Only the center owner pays. Your Tarek credits and texts for the month arrive as soon as you upload the transfer proof.
Yes, and changing plan is free until you pay your first bill. Moving up to Pro mid-month, you pay the full difference for that month, that month's extra students fall under the students Pro includes, and Pro's Tarek credits are added at once. Moving down to Basic starts from your next month, as long as your active students fit Basic's limit. Monthly to yearly also starts from your next month. On yearly, moving up you pay the difference for each month left, and moving down waits for your renewal. There are no refunds.
