TutoringHQ is a subscription service, billed in Egyptian Pounds monthly or annually. Center plans run from Solo to Enterprise. Teachers have Standard, Pro and Scale, each with a 14-day free trial. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
All payments are processed by Paymob, our authorized Egyptian processor. We never collect or store your card details. Completing a payment authorizes Paymob to charge the applicable fees on our behalf.
A flat processing fee of 20 EGP is added to each Paymob-charged subscription invoice, and is shown at checkout and on every invoice. VAT is included in the displayed totals.
If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period and may drop to read-only. After it expires the account is suspended, and cannot reach any data or features. Accounts left suspended too long may be blacklisted.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where Egyptian consumer law requires it or where we have materially failed to provide the service. If something is wrong, contact us and we will work it out.
