Parent Payment Notice
For parents who pay tuition through a TutoringHQ invoice link
1. Who you are paying
Your child's center or teacher uses TutoringHQ, a software service provided by Eyad Elhawary for Programming and Artificial Intelligence Solutions (LLC), Commercial Register No. 307454. Your tuition goes directly to the center or teacher, to the InstaPay account shown on the invoice. TutoringHQ never receives, holds or pays out tuition money. If you are an adult student who pays your own fees, this notice applies to you as it does to a parent.
2. The platform service fee
2.1 When you pay by InstaPay through our invoice link, or the center confirms your InstaPay receipt in the app, your center or teacher decides whether the invoice shows a platform service fee of 10 EGP. If it does, you pay it for that payment; if it does not, you do not pay it. It pays for the invoice link, the receipt check, the text messages and the AI tools that make this possible.
2.2 You pay the fee together with the tuition, in the same transfer to the center or teacher, who passes it on to TutoringHQ or, within the free invoices of their plan, keeps it. There is no other TutoringHQ charge on your invoice.
2.3 There is no platform service fee if you pay by card, by mobile wallet or in cash, or if the center records your InstaPay payment by hand without using our invoice link or receipt check. If the center or teacher records your payment by hand, your open invoice is closed and its link stops working.
3. Uploading a receipt
3.1 After you transfer, you may upload a screenshot of your InstaPay receipt through the link. The image is stored securely and compared with your invoice.
3.2 Your payment counts as paid only when the center or teacher confirms it, because only they can see their own account. Please keep your own receipt.
4. Questions and disputes
Questions about the tuition amount, discounts, missed classes or refunds of tuition go to the center or teacher, who sets the tuition and is responsible for it. Questions about this notice or the platform service fee can be sent to support@tutoringhq.app. TutoringHQ is not a party to your agreement with the center or teacher, and is not responsible for the tuition, the classes or any refund of tuition. The platform service fee is not refundable once your payment is confirmed.
5. Your links
Invoice upload links stop working after 48 hours, and the parent link after 30 days. Your center may add new classes to an open invoice until you pay, send you a new link as a reminder every few days, and close the invoice after a period it chooses, and your center or teacher may cancel it. The links are personal to your family. Please do not forward them.
6. Your data
The center or teacher is responsible for your family's data, and TutoringHQ processes it on their behalf. Our Privacy Policy at tutoringhq.app/legal explains what we record and your rights.
