One voice note, one tap on Allow.
Send a voice note about attendance. Tarek reads it back and waits. Nothing is recorded until you tap Allow, and tapping No leaves everything as it was. This is a sample with made-up names.
Say what you want, the way you would tell your assistant
No menus, no buttons. Say the sentence, and Tarek works out which group, which student and which month you mean.

He answers with names from the attendance you recorded, not a guess.

A center owner decides which staff use Tarek, from the Team screen, and each one asks within what they are allowed to see. A private teacher’s Tarek works for the teacher alone.

Tarek talks only to you and your team.
Credits in every plan, and more when you need them.
Every plan comes with monthly credits for Tarek. If you run out, the account owner buys a credit pack, which lasts 3 months.
Extra credit packs
Every pack lasts 3 months from the day you buy it. Prices are the full price, and every pack carries a 10 EGP processing fee. A pack arrives as soon as we confirm the transfer.
What gets used first
Plan credits first, then the pack that runs out soonest. We remind you a few days before any pack’s credits run out.
Who buys packs
Only the account owner. The rest of the team sees “Only the center owner can pay” instead of the buy button.
What people ask most
Does Tarek understand Egyptian Arabic?
Yes. Talk to him the way you talk at the center, by voice note or message, and he works out which group, which student and which month you mean.
Can I talk to him on a voice call?
Not at the moment. You send him a voice note or a text message, and he answers.
What if Tarek gets it wrong?
Nothing changes until you tap Allow. Check what he prepared, and tap Cancel if it is not right.
Can my team use him?
At a center, yes, if the center owner switches Tarek on for them from the Team screen. Then they ask him within their own permissions only. A private teacher has no team to share him with.
Where does my data go?
Tarek reads only your own account's data, and no other account can reach it. Before a typed question leaves our systems, student names and student numbers are replaced with codes and phone numbers are removed, then it goes to our AI provider to write the answer. Photos, PDF files and voice notes go to the provider as they are, and the app tells you before you send one. We keep masked copies of chats to improve Tarek unless you switch this off in your AI settings. The Privacy Policy has the details.
What if the credits run out?
The account owner buys a credit pack of 100 to 100,000, which lasts 3 months and carries a 10 EGP processing fee. Or wait for next month’s credits.
