Reception taps a student in on their way through the door, or sends Tarek a voice note or a text message and he takes the attendance instead. Both routes land in the same place, and nobody types anything twice.

Against the right group, the right session and the right night, with no paper roster to search.
Writes the invoice immediately
At the price you set for that group, without anyone opening a second screen.
Sends the payment link
By SMS to the parent if you have their number, otherwise to the student. The link opens a live page with the invoice on it.
Tarek can take it for you
Send him a voice note or a text message naming who turned up, and he marks them in and carries out the rest of the steps on his own.
Keeps working with no connection
Attendance is recorded on the device and syncs by itself the moment the connection comes back.
Absence does not pass in silence
A student who did not turn up shows on the night list, and their parent finds out without anyone ringing round one by one.
